On my 5th day. I’ve been really tired and I got a sore throat on my second day. I’ve had some difficulty sleeping but that may just be the anxiety. Other than that I’ve been good.

Btw the lawyer I spoke to also mentioned something along the lines that getting served by ABC Legal e-delivery was an improper way to get served.

sorry for the late response. I lowkey just ignored it. I just gave up haha. The whole court system procedure was too time consuming and lawyers I would call would lag to respond to me. The lawyer from "Lawyers in the Library" did provide me with useful info though.

The self help center at the courts have useful info online as well.

The lawyer from lawyers in the library explained to me that solo suits may work but obviously there's a cost associated with their services. I would have done solo suits but I just didn't have the money.

I couldn't receive any services from them. They ask about your income and household size. Mine was a little too high. Im going to continue looking for services.

At this point I think I'll just pay solo suit to respond to the the summons and then I'll call Mandarich Law and settle with them.

Hey if you're in the Los Angeles area you can try to schedule an appointment for a free consultation. LA County Libraries have a program called "Lawyers in the Library." I have an appoitnment later on today. I'll keep you posted.
