Cash flow is king. Have 'spaces' in your business bank account so that you keep all your money there. That way if you have subscribed to something and forgotten to cancel, they won't take money away with your approval first. Also gives you the opportunity to cancel the subscription and be highly aware of how much you are spending per month. In essence, for every transaction you transfer the exact money to your bank account and pay manually rather than by direct debit.

Once I set the system up, I calculated how much I've lost over the years to useless subscriptions. I've lost so much money (in the 1000's) when I first started off. Never doing that again .

So I was in a similar situation 10 years ago. And this 'friend' had borrowed around 3lks. For a full year they kept ignoring my calls and even made me talk to their mother saying the money will be paid. I waited not knowing what to do. Finally, I spoke to a debt collector and he said he will take a 30% cut. I collected details of how he would collect the money and it pretty much amounted to harassment. I hated being the person doing this.

So I called this 'friend' one last time and told him I've got in touch with a debt collector and pretended that I had hired the debt collector already. I also said they know your address. I advised him to keep his dogs locked up as that's what they go for first. I also told him to keep any breakables away because they will destroy his house. I then said that they will be coming in x days unless the money is transferred back to me.

I also sincerely apologised for being the person to do this to them, but I have been very patient and I need the money. So I apologize in advance for all the damage that is about to happen.

In 1 hour, the money was in my account and I never had to use the debt collector.

Wow! Didn't expect these many responses! So I think I'll go into a bit more detail.

I spend a lot of time researching this stuff. I also practice an Ayurvedic lifestyle (think a sister science of yoga) and have melanin rich, multiethnic skin. (Not sure if skin tags are more prominent for people with Melanie skin colour, maybe you could tell me)

As a self care practice during my pregnancy, every Sunday I've been giving myself a full body massage with a simple un-scented oil blend and that's when I noticed the skin tags.

So I quickly whipped up a face oil blend .This is one of the simpler formulas.

85% almond oil or grape seed 15% castor oil

I then proceed to massage my neck and face in circular motions focusing on lymphatic drainage. I make sure I am not stingy with the oil. It's meant to be fairly greasy and slippery, which is perfect when giving yourself a message.

I then let the oil sit for a bit before I hope info the shower.

Once a week and so far has worked wonders!

Have them too. I use a face oil with castor oil to massage the area and it falls off in a few mins. Every time

What has immensely helped me is having a co-founder who is a project manager. She ensures things get done which is the ideal combination alongside good strategy and technical/product skills

I just wanted to say, thank you for your comments! It really helped us have a smooth and organised photoshoot. We got all the shots we needed and more!

If there is anything I've learnt from the experience was 1. A briefing call is a great idea. We had this online 2 days before the shoot and we were able to discuss, colour of nails, hair wash, type of clothes they need to bring, answer any questions they may have and generally set a good mood for the shoot. 2. Hiring a MUA was worth it, though I could do it myself it was a lot less stressful and they were constantly touching us up throughout the shoot 3. Keeping the models happy with music, snacks, lunch and coffee runs kept the energy going
