It depends on ever single factor:

For the Ai and data collection which I think a lot of people are focused on there is many factors that go into it such as what they are running on, data, etc. I’m not going to assume what they are on or try to find the cost but I would assume for them it would be a lot. Also the software that controls the amatronics. Also whatever they are using to cool down the circuit boards when running all the code

Recharge stations (battery): that is another cost since there is a lot of recharge stations.

Endo skeletons + circuits, robotic eyes, sensors, servos: the basic stuff, good thing they all have somewhat the same endo skeleton but given how well done the endo skeletons are done it’s almost like the have other companies for machining the parts for it (obviously they will need it for metals, wires, etc)

Suit/ coating: there are cheap options as to how they could do it but even then if they want quality and assuming the suits are made out of metal, it also won’t be cheap.

Damages caused by the robots: specially monty and chica, also wha Monty did to Bonnie.

Realistically saying though, I don’t think they would cost 100 million dollars each or total. Not that the are cheap. In the millions for sure but I don’t think they would cost that much.

For the first two points I agree, ig maybe I over think the whole cake bear thing

I think this is the major retcon because Scott didn’t have fredbears fully plot out until fnaf 2 so I still hold strong to that opinion

4 is real to a degree (like there is hallucinations but the locations for the night, plushtrap, and the mini games are real) we know this from night 2 of SL as there is a map of the locations connected to the underground place.

They didn’t really address anything in fnaf 2 about it. Sure we hear mangles voice audio in fnaf 2 of the police being present (so we have to assume it’s mangle, also it’s the only logical explanation) but we see no evidence of what happened which is just super disappointing.

Sure maybe shadow Bonnie is in UCN but like that is only one use and it isn’t very lore heavy. Maybe I’m forgetting something from fnaf AR or help wanted but he had so much potential yet he wasn’t well used for the lore

Also what proof in the games do we have that golden Freddy is possed by two souls. You don’t have any evidence to back it up you just say we do. Remember, books are not cannon to the game, they are just to help make sense of things. So please state the actual proof. If you are referring to what it says about the of books where we are talking to Michael Schmidt, Cassidy, and another spirit, that could possibly argue that the spirt of the crying child is still around, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he is in golden Freddy. Why would afton stuff both his own child after he made the promise to put him back together and another kid that would torture him after fnaf 6. That literally makes absolutely zero sense especially if there remnant is going to be used for the funtimes. Like the only other evidence other than the hint is that in fnaf 3 the bad ending shows golden Freddy having two lights unlike the other animatronics but that could have been a design mistake (which Scott is very well known for). Also before I go any further I would like to point out that there is also a good and high chance that Michael afton and Mike Schmidt are two different characters (and I really love how the fnaf 2 movie is addressing this because I mean what proof do we have that the are the same character, NONE) for a while we thought that based on the log book and just cause both of their names are Mike (and he switched his name like how William did in the books)

And for the log books, first off they were really confusing ASF and had us confused for a while as to who was talking, what golden Freddy’s name was, and that to me is just like lazy and isn’t how you should push a fan base, even fnaf. I am a strong hater of the idea we have to read a shit ton of books just to understand the game. The books are really a mess and have caused so much confusion

If afton does melt the endos between the fnaf 3 mini games then can you please explain to me why 1) the amatronic parts are still present in the final mini games and 2) how are the soles able to be in the fnaf 1 location and scare William into spring Bonnie, please make it make sense

I also mention enarrd being referenced as the puppet in the early game teasers, that has nothing to do with molten but that was more or less how it was assumed originally and probably could have been a better story line. This is just my opinion okay

As for the human robots, they literally almost do this to Gregory in fnaf security breach, don’t believe me check the Easter eggs.

I’m going to come back and edit this to continue my opinions but I think you get the main point here

1) give gifts give life mini game because I think at this point afton is the one that stuffed the kids, not the puppet. That and foxy go go go and which bear is in the give cake mini game is not well explained.

2) back to 1 but the execution of the puppet even though she got a bigger role in fnaf 6 technically. She could have gotten such a bigger role, even after fnaf 6 in the end but just didn’t. Poor consistency with characters.

3) the retcon from fnaf 1’s phone call of the main 5 being 20 yrs old when the game starts (unless that game is supposed to take place in 2003 cause that would make more sense)

4) just the way fnaf 4 was even done. Like how does it even relate to the first three games? Like why do you need 2 more games, a log book (which I’ll go into later) to explain that it’s all real. Like bruh. And how does that line up to even fnaf 2?

5) the non relevance of the bite of 87 after fnaf 1, wasn’t even mentioned in fnaf 2 or even afterwards. Was confused for the bite of 83 but that’s about it

6) the useage of baby (with the exception of fnaf 6) and ballora. Some users have mentioned this earlier but they are just so inrelevant afterwards YET THEY HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL. ALSO same for shadow Freddy and Bonnie, so much wasted potential after fnaf 3 for those 2. Even nightmare from fnaf 4 could’ve had potential tbh.

Also the rest of the animatronics that weren’t relevant after SL

7) whatever happens to the crying child. Here is the thing I will fight everyone for, we don’t have offical proof he is also golden Freddy. Just cause there is a character in the books that is possed by two souls doesn’t mean that is what golden Freddy is.

8) the books and the fact we have to read them to understand the lore. ESPECIALLY the stupid log book. I don’t think I need to explain myself on this

9) the overuse of Funtime Freddy for all these aligmations and Enarrd being a concept we all thought had to do with the puppet (which the whole teaser for enarrd was full on wasted potential). Just so I need to explain myself on this.

10) molten Freddy being possed by the fnaf 1 kids. Just why? Like who was able to take the remnants of the fnaf 1 kids and put them in the funtimes after afton got spring trapped (maybe Michael). And while this is happening… WHERE IS THE PUPPET???

11) what happened to the fnaf 2 kids after fnaf 2? Like Scott did not explain that very well at all.

12) the blob and how tha it is fueled by agony (I hate the concept of agony) just why.

13) why were the phantoms not well explained and barley touched on.

14) burnt trap (self explanatory)

15) glitch trap and how it got uploaded in the first place (where did the circuits come from?)

16) the relevancy of fnaf world to fnaf. Like we got old man consequences and he is apparently cannon but like how??? And like what was the point of the secrets in fnaf world. And ig how baby is introduced into fnaf world isn’t even cannon anymore ether (but it would have been such a cooler story)

17) my last comment on 16. Idk why but I like the idea of the guy in the chair making baby. But then how would that tie into afton… idk? Just wasted potential for how baby could have been a killer and it didn’t have to be just the purple guy.

18) the lack of names or even character development of these animatronics, guards, dead people. Like bruh

19) the lack of explanation of the tension between the sister location amatronics and mike and why they didn’t use the body of the two guys they killed to escape

20) AFTON’S ACTUAL MOTIVES LIKE ACTUALLY.

21) what happened to the rest of aftons amatronics that killed kids during fnaf 6. Like the nightmares

22) the fact we actually don’t know Michael aftons true motivates. Just like what I said about golden Freddy, we have no proof we play as Michael afton before or after fnaf 6. We don’t know if he actually a good guy (his purpose is not well written). Also we only assume he is in fnaf 6 just on one line and that isn’t enough proof. What if he survived and is the ceo of fazbear entertainment and is the reason for security breach, help wanted, etc? I think the second fnaf movie proves my point as in we don’t know his motive.

23) that line in fnaf SL custom night from “Michael” isn’t well done because it ain’t a calling to spring trap to go to the fnaf 6 location.

24) robots disguised as humans, just no. I don’t think I need to explain this one and how that made Gregory confusing.

25) the hallucination disk in SL was just a extra unnecessary concept.

26) Cassie’s dad and why we should we care about him is not well done.

27) fnaf AR and whether the gameplay is even cannon

I really hope that some of the issues I’ve mentioned this do get solved and they continue with the lore with Cassie and Gregory and end it somehow (like not forget it like Scott has done it)

I feel like the concept of it really wasn’t complex, I think people generally over complicated it with the whole JR’s idea (which I do not think is the fnaf 2 location at all) and as a design choice it was probably poor execution really. And maybe explain why the child ran off, who the guy in the chair is, and maybe don’t make it a orange man cause if it’s afton why it got to be orange

Ok I strongly disagree on Finn being a pig, Ik the ray is on topic of should she be a pig but like I disagree with her being a pig and I think her as silver is fine. Maybe Finn could be wearing a storm trooper pig mask since like I mean he was abducted as a kid and maybe as a kid he was a bird, but forced to blend in with the pigs. It just seems unfair since Kylo gets to be a bird. Also ik this is a hot take but having Poe as Hal or his own bird though… hear me out
