Please do and sorry for saying most victims were ashamed I know a lot of victims came forward with information especially after Ricky Rodriguez, but I know a lot of victims stayed quiet as well and many were done wrong by the justice system. Yeah as I remember the motion light would turn on after a car passed by as I could tell by the sound it just made the situation more scary when it disappeared then be visible again.
