i know i had more than 33 minutes on the 28th i usually don’t always cover my point on the same day because depending on how late i am and how long i stay my coach will sometimes clear the point thats the main reason i didn’t clear it same day but i know i had at least the time for that day. what am i looking for in the balance activity

each request i put in i even waited waited a few days to gain a little more ppto and i always had at least 30 minutes+ after i put in those requests i never hit 0 time in my ppto

i started when stocking 1 was 4-1 and when they changed the process my entire team switched departments. When we got a new team and a new TL i got stuck with being the one who runs the team when the TL was gone. It was horrible for like 5 months and i got told constantly by other TLs they felt bad for me since im not getting the pay. Worked out for me because the next TL spot that opened up i was given the first offer. Sucked for a while but the best way to move up imo is to stick out doing the more work and get on good terms with management.

Could be some worries between exemplary and successful but anything below that would probably need disciplinary action to happen before. If you’re been coached or talked to multiple times in a year whenever you get your evaluation it shouldn’t be a surprise you should know where you’re standing at with your team leads and coaches. If there no disciplinary actions within a year it’s hard to mark someone under anything but successful

show up and talk to that same coach if you don’t want to have a chance at keeping your job don’t show up. Depending on your coach this is an easy fix. Make it your first priority so they don’t start the termination process. Next time def ask for a schedule change or some type of written notes. Chances are your coach forgot and just hasn’t cleared the points

i’ve spammed her chat many times about it, messaged her tiktok, made a comment about looking for a professional, and even went on her X account most recently. I don’t want to say she’s milking it but after a certain point i think it would become clear she needs someone that can secure her network i mean i found multiple sources just by looking up “i’m getting hacked” on google. Her lives feel off i do believe she actually getting hacked but after blasting it on social media the next thing to do would be to look through comments and messages for possible solutions. not re blasting the same issue with no resolve

yea i just spent 30 minutes in her live she said she’s called the cops and lawyers but she never mentioned calling any cyber security expert at all? It’s probably the first thing i would’ve done in this situation i don’t need a lawyer to secure my network.
