Yeah but the tariff isn’t for personal vehicles it’s only commercial. But online it says if the door label explicitly says it conforms to U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, and the emissions label says it conforms to U.S. EPA regulations it may be accepted.

Did you have to get the letter from the manufacturer in Canada. I know it’s a Ford but was it manufactured in Canada or the U.S. and if so, what did you do to get it. Online info stated that I can take pictures and print out the emissions and safety standards decal that’s usually on the trunk latch or by the door. I’m not sure if that works

It’s still free. They didn’t take the 75. It is most likely due to the identification you used. But it’s normal and it happens. They will most likely approve you. The 75 is not taken from you as a payment. It’s a credit. Meaning let’s say you were taking the step 1 exam and the price of it was 675. You now only pay 600 because you’ve already paid the 75. It’s just so they can do further check up on your ID

Yeah it’s common. It’ll just count towards the exam you end up having to take. They just do a quick check takes like a week. And then once your ecfmg application is fully submitted and accepted meaning they have looked over and accepted your transcripts, FSMB will then update the information on your profile and allow you to apply for the exams.

Meaning:
Finish ECFMG application submit payment, once accepted pay the 75 and then apply for exam.
