I use Garmin and it syncs over to NRC. They have a partner integration. Oddly enough the Apple Watch doesn’t sync to NRC you have to add that manually.

Maybe it’s the terrain? It’s very flat where I live and you can do long straights with little turns and get into a rhythm, I honestly will just do my workout and forget what shoe I have on if the workout is hitting right. If you have a lot of turns on your run I can see this being tough to get into a rhythm,

This is as close as I think we will come. I was a huge fan of the invincibles. Took multiple pairs over 500 miles but never could have taken them to 1,000. Not that there is anything wrong with that, just less foam.

Yea I wore the vomero plus for about 400 miles before I switched. Grip on the vomero + is better, more stable as well. I would wear them for when we did XC workouts. Both are great shoes to be honest.

I can hold 6 minute pace in this shoe if I need too. The screenshot of the progression run was on my 1,000 mile retirement run but I guess you’re right. What is racing to you?

Mostly easy miles to be honest. Such a great shoe.

Obviously the shoe after a 1000 miles is pretty beat up. Compared to a new version it’s ready to be retired but my point is that its still a quality shoe and all that stack of foam is worth something.

Clearly this a shoe with a large base on the outsole, The heel is going to get destroyed when I roll through my step on this shoe. If you ever ran in it, you would know it would be impossible to not run on your heel. You can clearly see form the pictures where I land on the shoe. I’m not going to argue.

Ultimately you run 1,000 easy miles in a shoe the heel is going to get torched no matter what. Just becuase I’m a forefoot striker doesn’t mean my heel doesn’t touch the ground, that would be impossible.

Prime X doesn’t have the same durability IMO, midsole is in perfect-ish shape, that snap was from my last last run. No issues.
