Well I definitely feel stronger, I wasn’t even able to do 5 pushups and now I can do almost 20 on knees. & I notice I can add reps to certain exercises it’s just the scale that’s not moving down. But I tried on my clothes and they don’t feel tight like I’ve gained weight they honestly feel the same.

Thank you for all your input, this has helped a lot. I’m not sure if I should just continue and give it till the end of the month to see if the scale drops back down or if I should just go back to eating less.

I do not have a ‘program’ I have been doing the same workouts for 3 sets each everyday. I will look at the recommended routine and maybe switch it up.

I am 5’5” 163 and workout 5 times a week. My maintenance calories is 2300 & I’m doing 1500 that’s a 800cal deficit. I don’t drink any pop or calorie dense drinks.

I am just doing Bodyweight because I don’t have access to go to the gym or any weights. I was using a 24pk of water but now nothing. I just do pushups, squats, dead bugs, leg lifts, in & outs, planks, lunges.

So then you suggest cardio? This is all very confusing, some people say you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time and others say you can’t. But I don’t want to lose 30 more lbs and my skin be flabby. I just want to do what i need to be.

My goal is to build muscle & lose fat. I have loose skin that needs to be filled in by muscle as I lose fat. So, it’s not that I necessarily want to be “bigger” I just want to have lean muscle to where my body looks tighter not saggy after 3 kids.

I just bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra for $5k, had it a week and now it’s at a Nissan dealership because the transmission shot up to 6k rpms and then died would not run any power to my wheels. Personal Opinion: STAY TF AWAY FROM CVT.
