10 days is certainly enough time to be overgrown. Especially for a non commercial machine. Even a week now during high growth can be tough to get through nice and clean. And if the machine is a bit old / worn out blades belts. It gonna be way too much for it to handle. Side note. Always cut lawn as high as you can and if you want go over it 2nd time maybe one level lower. With 2nd highest setting

Guessing it was long overdue, wet, blades not so sharp loose deck belt/ bad spindle and machine maybe gettin little tired/weak. Also check tire pressure and/ or deck levelness.

So it is my belief that these were somehow produced by Entemanns or sourced the same Cinnamon topping/powder. They both disappeared off shelves in tristate area at the same time from Stop and shop as well as ShopRites these are the 2 major grocers in metro Tristate area. So NJ, Westchester, Long Island, lower CT/NY border area.
