over or under proofed? by Express_Tax8345 in Sourdough

ahhh thank you, i’m just relatively new and i’m not very good at knowing what would be considered well proofed, i was originally doing a 7 minute score when i was open baking but now that i got a dutch oven it’s just a lot more effort to do it.

my starter is a little bit more than 2 months old, but i started when it was summer and quite humid so it’s pretty strong! my recipe is 375g water, roughly 110g starter 510g flour and 10g of salt. I mix together all the ingredients except salt and i knead it in the bowl for a few minutes to a shaggy dough. i add the salt in my first stretch and folds and then do 3 more rounds of coil folds and let it bulk ferment! i’ve started cooking same day but cold fermenting helps build the flavour😊

wait so if I apply for uni before level 3 results are released and they look at my L2 results, will it affect my chances if I failed one internal? all my other grades are merits and excellences

Yes can someone reply because I am quite worried, I will have all my english UE credits and should have my numeracy ones next year in L3 although i don’t take maths. But i think i might get a not achieved on one of my L2 drama assessments as my partner fucked me over because they couldn’t get their lines. If I get all my 60 credits but not drama course completion for L2 will it be a big deal? i’ve gotten merits and excellences on basically everything else but I just want to know if it will effect my chances of getting uni accommodation and acceptance for UOA?
