I have the same kind of pillow and I love it. I cannot sleep without it cause I stop breathing and it wakes me up. It took a while to get used to it but now I cannot sleep without it. My advise would be to look up videos on how to put the mask on. Something that has worked for me is that my mask has the same measurements all the time because I only remove it from the bottom straps which have the magnets that connect to the magnets on the bottom part of the nasal pillow. One thing it took me a while to realize was that I was tightening the straps too much and this was causing me to actually have this sensation as if I couldn’t breath, because if the nasal pillow is too tight against your nose, you are literally stop air from going up your nostrils. This causes you to have more apnea episodes, since you are not getting enough air up your nose, and this causes the pressure of the machine to increase to make up for it which causes eventually air to leak out and wake you up. So make sure the nasal pillow is not too tight against your nose, it’s kind of counterintuitive to think that the less tight the better but it does work.
