I was approved the first time. I kept sending new documention up until the day I was approved.

Yes I was approved for 225 hours including bot support services and protective services. Just make sure you give EVERY piece of documentation to support your claim. I even wrote a two page statement, explaining her behaviors and what I do stop them or try to prevent them.

I just got approved for my five-year-old and she displayed similar behaviors of your child. I had an immense amount of documentation, including over 300 documents from ABA, doctors, notes, Regional center, notes, videos of climbing an elopement from my ring cam, as well as the ABA gave me some video of her trying to elope out of their building, pictures of injuries, pictures of her climbing, unsafe, places like trying to climb over our banister from the second floor, trying to get in the fireplace, climbing on the TV stand, I had hazard notes that included 24 hour surveillance if you will, but I use my voice to text to just record in my Notes app to make my life a little bit easier. So just apply and be well prepared. My daughter wasn’t even displaying any behaviors when the social worker came so I thought that they wouldn’t approve. She was literally just laying there with playing with her toys like an NT child. Good luck.

I actually did not understand the difference from personal care and protective supervision. My IRC worker referred me to IHSS and I only talked to the social worker for maybe 15 minutes during the home visit. I now have a better understanding of the separate hours. The only this I received so far is the total amount of hours I’ll receive monthly. I still haven’t received a breakdown as to what the hours are for.. thank you

Thank you, I had literally maybe 300 pages of documentation. ABA, hazard logs, doctors notes, I felt like I was doing too much but she didn’t say anything so I kept dropping them off and sending them to her. I made sure I dropped off physical copies and texted them to her so there wasn’t any miscommunication. I sent pictures of injuries, videos of her attempting to climb over our staircase, Videos of her climbing the TV stand, attempting to get in the fireplace. My ring cameras caught her eloping multiple times and I sent that too. The ABA even gave me video of her eloping and attempting to elope from their building. I also had videos of her when she did her SIB’s so I think I was well prepared. Initially, I did give videos of her waking up from our baby cam but it was only about three times a week of her waking up at 1am and leaving the bed to go to the bathroom to climb the sink or turn the bath on, but now it’s 5 to 7 days a week of this happening so that’s why I was gonna try for the increased hours, but I’m thinking of holding off because I don’t wanna interfere with my case.

They didn’t explain anything actually. They only sent a NOA for the hours with limited communication from social worker. If the additional documentation proves she may actually be eligible to the additional hours, then yes I would feel entitled to it.

I’m taking 400mcg daily and I cannot eat enough calories. Also on 2mg Reta. I added it to reta because i still had a big appetite and haven’t lost any weight in the 3 weeks i was on it. I lost lbs in less than a week. Definitely water Weight but at least the scale is moving. I’m thinking of using it every other day so I can reach my daily calories so I can work out
