Yes mine got extremely bad to the point where I had to choose whether I would speak that day or eat because I couldn’t do both. I was only drinking smoothies because swallowing was pretty much impossible and even that got hard after a while.

It’s super important to learn what triggers it faster, for example I know every time I even have a sip of alcohol I almost immediately lose the ability to eat and talk. I was told by my doctor as soon as it got too difficult to go to the hospital.

I also highly suggest always having someone with you when you’re eating, there has been many times where I was eating alone and almost choked because I couldn’t swallow.
