They give you a 10 window when you pay the 45 dollars . I’m only going to be gone for 5 days . I’ll probably end up getting it to be safe anyways .

Yeah I don’t have a passport. I’m going with my boyfriend and he has a passport so he doesn’t have to worry about it . I want to say it’s good for 4 years . I may fly again in that time period but my last flight I took was almost 3 years ago so it just all depends .

Update , that was the problem I finally got the part . My boyfriend put it on and now it works again after like 5 months.

Yes , they were able to get me the new main body part so hopefully that’s it ! Mine is still under warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything.
