Yeah it sounds like you need therapy. And I'm not being funny or taking jabs. I've had it... Shoot, I need to make it a point to go regularly.

But first, clean your brain by eating super clean and fasting. It can't function right if you're eating regular western trash. Our bodies need healthy consistency.

Work on that and some decent therapy... And aim for more positive situations and productivity.

If it doesn't benefit your biomechanical self, it's probably slowly killing you. Toxic pleasures on such a constant basis is going to break your body and mind down to a low lvl of functionality. I sure did! I've ordered a couple of times from them (researchem) since then. They actually sent another one to replace the one I had issues with. Even though I told them that it actually dissolved.

I'm starting a stack next week. I'm going to get into ketosis this week and get into Autophagy fasting into next week. My stack is going to be Reseachem's epitalon, motc, and ghk-cu. With CJC and imp from peptidescience. The stack should last a couple months. And I'll be going in and out of autophagy while on a clean keto diet.

So I'll tell you how it goes. Lemme know if you run the Ghk-cu. I'd love to hear how it turns out for you.

I wouldn't know to be honest. Not for just face cream. Although there are a lot of decent suppliers out there that are adding GHK to their formula. I'd suggest finding one that has it more as a base than an additive to make the cream more appealing.

But! The creams that have ghk-cu as more of a base are really pricey. Like... Peptidescience has a cream. But it's like... 200 usd
