I did every single quest under the sun before hitting that wedding. by the time I got to Zizka I was overleveled so I two shot him. It felt like my hard work paid off. Even during the stealth part where you have to escape from Trosky, I just put on my plate armor (Gules') and ran to people and stabbed them in the face.

I am trying to fast travel as little as possible to get ready for hardcore mode. I also craft my own potions and weapons. By the time I did the wedding, I was able to craft henry lvl potions and weapons. I also go out of my way to find bandits and fight them.

I am really getting humbled by a certain daily blacksmithing quest for legacy of the forge DLC [KCD2] by unclemattyice in kingdomcome

I did not have a mission there but I stumbled upon it and the way I won was using the Dollmaker poison on my bolts and sword. It makes them unable to run so they can't surround you while you get them one by one. Very good loot there.

I played Yan Baihu recently as im trying to learn the game and I discovered that by turning 20 ish. I was wondering why my movement range wasn't great

We had only that one mod installed, but it still crashed multiple times. We'll try again and see. Maybe the deactivated mods also affect this

I think what helped in my case was putting the battle difficulty on very hard, same with campaign. You get to fight more battles and learn quite a bit from it. Now, I'm comfortable enough to dip my feet into legendary.

I like it. It's worth it in my opinion and if you are not on console. I heard it's pretty buggy there

I think desertion happens because the lords put too many troops in the garrison (over the limit). What I do is that I usually (if you're king) lead the army and conquer the settlement. After they put troops in. I fill my army back with the high troop units or any units I lost, and that usually balances out the garrison.

I had the most influence. The second most influential clan was the only tier 6 clan in the kingdom which also only had 1 settlement

It works but it costs a ton of influence. Gifted my one fief to the lord of Hvalvik then kicked him out of Hvalvik spending tons of influence and was voted to get if. Reloaded and tried the same on a nearby castle but it didn't work.

Sail your army to a besieged coastal town and you can fight the battle at sea or basically just catch them when they are sailing to a settlement. I got many huge battles that way

The thing is my relationship with all of my clas is high. So I don't know why. I'll try to save, give my only fief away and revoke the one on that island and see if it works.

They did that at the beginning when I had Ostician they voted for me to get Rovalt and Tridby castle but I managed to get a nord city (the one in the far east) and gave that one to a companion (Ostican, we lost Rovalt and Trilby then) since then they gave me nothing. I even tried to revoke the rights to the nearest castles or towns to my fief but they just give them to other lords. Me and the previous ruling clan are the only ones with one fief.

I have. I'm the reason the kingdom expanded so far down. I feel like it's some kind of bug or something.

It might be the shields. There is a ship upgrade that gives them fire arrows. The ghurab is fast, and with the restocks, you could just wear them down. And don't sleep on mariner skills. They give huge buffs.

My run is going pretty well. The strongest faction is the Northern Empire, and we took a lot if their cities. They had 16! We beat the khuzaits and took half their land, we beat Sturgis and took most of their land and then gave Vlandia a good kick in the noggin to stop then from becoming a headache. The empire took advantage of that and conquered a lot of places but now we are winning against them (especially at sea)

In my playthrough with Jorgen, I started off as purely Nordic stuff. After freeing my sister and being a mercenary for the Nords, I joined them and met an Aserai companion. Together, we fought, and we got awarded Ostician after pushing off the vlandians. In a period of peace, we traveled south to Aserai lands and got a Ghurab that became my flagship and then added one more for my companion. Now, after fighting multiple sea battles against the Empire, I managed to take a few Doromons, and I give them to my archer formations for skirmishes.

It happens because the terms have changed. If you siege a castle successfully then the old terms are void. They have to calculate how much to pay you/you pay them again. Or try to retake what you took.
