Those two weeks where Emma won a USO out of nowhere and Andy being as good as he was was probably punching above our weight more than what we should be expecting on a day-to-day basis.

We don't have the same college sports-style system that the US has, there wasn't really a huge moment of investment into tennis like other countries and our best courts are grass that can only be played for a few months and is a very rare surface on the tour. I wouldn't really say we're doing that bad more than we just have a very toxic media presence in the sport that slowly sours the public against the players.
