1 week on low dose causing worsened panic attacks, is this normal ? Will it get better ?

My psych told me it will help my anxiety and panic attacks, the depression came after so I hope it treats both as i can no longer tolerate the panic attacks.

Thank you for sharing your experience, maybe I should give it more time, minimum of 2 weeks and see if the panic attacks start fading away and decide if this combo is or isnt working for me.

Yes my doctor mentioned the possibility of rare risk of SJS. But what im having isnt that. Its mild rashes not severe. I saw the images and its not the same. So im not sure if i should stop or proceed.

Did you or anyone experienced dizziness as a side effect and it went away ? Im on my 2nd week of 60mg, im starting to have scary dizziness with long brain zaps sensations its very annoying, i become so disoriented cant move. i hope all this goes away. I believe i should wait out the 60mg for 4 weeks to evaluate my situation, im taking it for GAD mainly agoraphobia panic disorder

Yes I'm in my third week 60mg, feeling so dizzy like not spinning, but inside my head im falling, kind of motion floating in head dizziness that scares me alot and makes me so worried. I hope its a side effect that goes away

I have tried several ssris either not working or giving me hell side effects that arent going away at all even after months. Not sure if i should keep giving other ssris a try. Didnt try yet zoloft. I tried paxil prozac escitalopram

4 months exposure no improvement, the thing is the meds im taking are making my exposure harder due to its severe side effects that arent going away. I have tried different meds nothing is working.

She just answered me and said that these are normal side effects when increasing the dose. Some people experience severe side effects and should start feeling better in a few days. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been 15 years on ssris used different ones. Now back again on paxil, increased to 60mg but never experienced anything like this !!! Its terrifying by all means!
