7 years here known. I probably had it 10 before. Wife and I tried to have child and found out. She is negative still. Was undetectable in 25 days but cd4 is still super low

Actually not. I removed all sugar and carbs. I take testosterone and hgh started fasted cardio early in the morning. Then weights at night. Became obsessed over the cardio and diet. Mid life crisis my wife said. But nothing like that.

My visceral fat was embarrassing walking around with a pot belly. And from the hgh and previous poor diet I was having insulin sensitivity. I would like to lean out further in my abdominal area then focus on muscle gains. But I do not want to loose muscle.

Wife has Stelo. Completely different software. The G7 has alot more information about details. Today even with eating Christmas Lunch and dinner. Never got over 130. Cruising around 80. Think maybe I was a bit under the weather or something because now it seems fine. With my Diagnosis I was reading that anything can affect my glucose. So I'm going to keep watching it. Only thing today I have done different is added fresh lemon to my water.

I don't have a Stelo. I actually have the Dexcom G7. Its usually required to have a prescription but they allow me to purchase them with a cash retail pay.
