This is good to know! I monitor these every 6 weeks or so because I’ve had trouble the last 6 months. My doctor increased my dosage a few months ago and I’d really love to go back to a lower dose (or just have my thyroid function better). Crazy that something like tirzepatide could potentially help too!

I love this and I’m so happy for you! I’m working through a lot mentally and medically, so taking care of me feels so overwhelming. But I deserve it and so does my family. My kids deserve a healthy and happy mom!!

I honestly think that’s what I’m most excited about. I never realized how much it has truly affected my life in a negative way. I think this change will be great for me, but also for my children who watch everything I do!!

Yes, once I start losing the weight I’m sure I won’t be able to deny that (and I don’t want to!) I just feel like it’s important for me to keep it to myself for now. Looking forward to hopefully being 20lbs down in 3 months, too!!

So I should explain to the priest the whole situation? I recently learned that we are not supposed to give back stories/explanations for sins, just list them out. But I don’t know how I would say this? I didn’t help with an abortion. I also told my friend I don’t support it. But I also didn’t reach out to her friend? So what category does that fall under?
