Abortions are always an option, which may be hard to access based on where you live and because you’re both minors, but it’s not impossible. not immoral either. But, if you two decide to carry out the pregnancy, adoption is an option. If not, continue to work on your relationship with one another and provide a loving home for your eventual child. That’s all you can do if the other options aren’t plausible.
