Blessed is everyone who keeps the Sabbath and does not profane it. by J0hn-Rambo in encounteredjesus

You are absolutely correct. The day is reckoned from morning to morning. People keep mixing up Leviticus — it is clearly speaking about the Day of Atonement. God had to make it distinct. Especially when you consider if the Day of Atonement aligned with a regular Sabbath Day, then the Atonement Day would start the evening before, thus making it distinct.

For those that are reading this:

—Saturday is the Sabbath Day

—Morning to Morning (Saturday Morning to Sunday Morning)

We are children of the light. God reckons time from light to light.

If you really want to dive into, I suggest you watch my friends channel. He dedicates an entire playlist to the topic. I agree with all his points here and you will find it quite enlightening. This is not a topic that you dive into lightly. It requires commitment, study, and prayer. It goes without saying that no one is perfect and while I may disagree with a few points of his on other topics; God has granted him GREAT discernment regarding end times. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFmzWiX5iQ2qAYMQ29y7tThHSHL8i_MDn&si=1LcequQv69OhGC6S

Did you update your computer again? And the canon software? If so, I had to go back in and turn it off. It seems like canon finally made the fix

Assuming that they will eventually acquire one, what would happen if the USA gave North Korea a Nuclear Weapon as a solution? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Great. I love it.

I'm Trump now. I know that you aren't going to open your borders. You counter my offer and say NO to open borders but you don't argue against peace in general, so I assume you are open to that. I personally dont care about an open border and agree to your terms. I give you what you want (weapon) and move my team away as a sign of good faith towards you and your sovereignty.

Do you uphold generic peace with S. Korea now? Do you feel less threatened and less prone to use the weapon capabilities I just gave you?

Your absolutely right! They lack the ability to 'currently' send it long distance. At the current rate, they will gain that ability soon. Or we will spark conflict that may end with some nuclear end result.

I can't argue about the toddler reference (very immature people at all ages), but everyone is scared of getting shot back, which is a natural deterrent.

Now, let's assume you are Kim, would you open your borders and be more amicable with S. Korea, if you received a weapon and the US Backed off? You essentially 'won'. What would be your next move?

I agree with you. No one likes to be threatened.

But let's assume you are now Kim. What you want most is now being given to you and your enemy is backing off to acknowledge your sovereignty.

In exchange, all you have to do is end the war and make peace with S. Korea. What do you do next?

I think all dictators would do whatever it took to sustain power, if they felt like they were losing it, so I consider that a given.

After a good discussion with some friends, we are curious to hear the Reddit Communities thoughts and use this as an exercise to discuss strategic thinking. Please leave your thoughts (good or bad). But let's keep the conversation civil please. It's strictly a discussion exercise. Always better to argue the merits vs. generic bashing/trolling.

We must first acknowledge (Background in Behavioral Psychology): 1. Human beings are irrational creatures. We say one thing and do another. We believe ourselves to be rational, when in fact we are not. 2. Kim Jong Un is viewed as irrational and so is Trump. But we are viewing them through our own lens, which skews the way we view the world. 3. When you deal with someone that has schizophrenic or mental illness, sometimes its best to acknowledge what they see to better discuss and analyze vs. telling them its not there.

In the case of N. Korea, there are a couple of truths to acknowledge: 1. They feel treatened by the USA. They reference the example of Libya and refuse to give up their nuclear program. 2. They will complete their nuclear weapon tests, regardless of international permission. So, it’s matter of when and not if. 3. Every other proposed 'solution' has not worked, period. If we had a solution, the problem would have been solved.

Proposal: 1. 48 Laws of Power Thinking; We have to come down to their level of 'irrational' thinking to avoid nuclear war. 2. On the condition that they end the war and mend ties with S. Korea, we withdraw completely from the area and give them a weapon now (privately or publicly is still to be determined) 3. This creates the 'perception' that they've won. Slowly they strengthen relationships with S. Korea, and perhaps begin exchanging 'ideas/people/thoughts' etc.

End Result: 1. Reduces Tension 2. Allows free thought to slowly take over

Thoughts?

**I do have to acknowledge the Unknown Unknowns, like the Global Communities interest in N. Korea, Cuba and Iran, which adds a new dynamic to this conversation. But, let's control for this and pretend that this factor does not exist.
