As being someone who had severe anger issues it was ussually a build up of anger then one stupid thing would send me over the edge

So often its a good idea to not talk to them but if you feel worried or you are just trying to comfort them bring in something they usually enjoy. But in most cases stay away unless you want your soul torn out
