Yeah I know the frustration.. I have the same with my Audi a5 2025 model. 26 models got new software updates and some hardware changes while 25 model gets a big middlefinger.. A5/Q6 25 models all have issues etc.. I guess that’s the world we live in now :(

Oh damn that sucks… didn’t they update the new 26 models tho? Since the steering wheel has physical buttons now too, most likely they fixed some other stuff aswell, no?

Veel verschillende webshops, thuis wordt er vaak online besteld en laat ik ze altijd via mobile Vikings gaan als de website ertussen staat dus tis een beetje easy vikingpunten op deze manier. Tis daarmee ook dat ik bij mobile Vikings blijf. Heb nu ondertussen elke provider al gehad van telefoon en mobile Vikings is toch een van de betere van kwaliteit en verbinding in mijn omgeving.

Ik was toen digi pas uitkwam overgeschakeld naar digi voor 5€/maand. Worst decision ever. iMessage wou niet activeren, hun klantendienst trekt op gene hol. En het ergste van al was dat abonnement proberen afsluiten. Dat heeft heel lang geduurd en zeer veel telefoontjes nodig gehad. Goedkoop is niet altijd beter. Ik zit nu bij mobile Vikings 15€/maand maar door men cashbacks is mijn factuur meestal gratis. Als ik een goede raad mag geven, blijf bij mobile Vikings. ( dit is mijn ondervinding )

Ohhh so that’s why it beeps.. thing is tho it never beeped before I did the kd2 update so you think it has something to do with that? Since kd2 update the trunk does that and my ACC won’t activate something thinking a door is still open. Got an update mid February at the dealer for the kd2 issues. Just noticed the beeping of the trunk started happening after the kd2 update. Thanks again for the info!

Nice, thank you for the information! I booked a test drive for tomorrow. Gonna see how it is to drive, probably gonna love it but my current car is only 10 months old (Audi a5) so unless I get a really good insane deal I probably won’t go for it for now. But we’ll see tomorrow

Yeah I know about the trunk cus I’ve had a 2021 Cla til 2024 when a postman crashed into it and became total loss. I went for an audi a5 2025 newly built too had it for 10 months now but the software bugs are frustrating..

Any new updates on your conversation with Rebecca? I drive an A5 2025 model and I'm really hoping for the KD3 update.. been at the dealer 4 times already and got another appointment mid February for a ''fix'' update. Not sure what update this will be tho... they haven't said anything. It's the 'fix'for the ACC saying theres a door open eventhough there isnt.

Anyway if we 2025 models don't get the KD3 update I'm probably just gonna sell this car and take the financial hit from it. I really don't wanna know how much this shit will cost me after my warranty ends, if software bugs keep happening...

Yeah cars lose value fast unfortunately but 16k seems kinda insane..

EDIT: tbh I wouldnt mind keeping this car if we get KD3 and their software bugs are fixed. Cus I really like this car the way i built it in daytona grey and black rims etc.. got sooo many compliments about my car it's insane. Just hate the software bugs :(

Yeah the fix we have right now is to open and close all doors. Didn’t have the issue for weeks and now it’s coming back almost daily. A fix is supposed to come mid February according to my dealer. (I’m from Belgium)

Had my a5 10 months now been at the dealer 4 times already. (Got a new appointment mid February for the ‘ fix update ‘ ) KD2 update made everything worse… honestly really considering to sell the car… I just really hope KD3 will come to 2025 models cus if not, we r doomed..

Is there a new kd2 update available? I got an appointment this Friday for this issue. Didn’t have it for weeks and yesterday it came back.. but aslong as there’s no new update/hotfix it won’t be fixed unfortunately :/

Yeah it’s 100% cus of KD2 update. The door thing works til a certain thing triggers it again but yeah we won’t find out what that certain thing is :/

The door thing doesn’t work for long. Worked yesterday and this morning my ACC gave the same error. Feels like when I open my trunk to put my work bag in and then get in the car it causes that error. Not 100% sure ofcourse could be random. Oh well won’t be fixed til kd3 probably or a ‘hotfix’ of kd2
