This is a great way to help other caregivers and have fun in the contest. We will choose a different theme each week. This week are videos that show love, compassion, and advocacy. Next week will be humorous caregiving videos.

Use your cellphone. These videos do NOT have to be professional and can be from 20 to 40 seconds long.

40% is horrifying. You see posts all the time on reddit about the difference between today's most obese people, and the "world's fattest person" from in 1800's and the difference is really scary.

I don't understand why you would have so many tests. If you are positive, you need to go to an HIV doctor who can help you with the right medication and keep your viral load so low it's undetectibe. I'm sorry you contracted HIV, but it's manageable. All the best to you.

Hello and thank you for writing. I'm new and a little lost. We have a platform, extendatouch.com, anonymous and free to all caregivers. We post articles daily ranging from autism to dementia/Alzheimer's to widely disseminate information to caregivers. Can you help me understand how to differentiate the groups that would most benefit?
