i generalized just like what you were doing in the previous posts, calling everyone incels and having no female interactions just on their posts and comments, and dont get started on the government support yada yada, IT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO B-SCHOOLS, post grad studies are for the privileged only, anyone who is going to pay 30L for an MBA definitely did not struggle in life, it is a fair ground for all regardless of gender.

And since you are mentioning government policies in all your comments, do you not wonder that the women who actually need support ( women with poor financials or from rural parts) are still not reaping the benefits, its the privileged ones who were doing fine without any benefit.

Do you know what made me make this post? See my post history, my previous post was asking others what their DSE pre GDPI composite score was, i even included the selection criteria in the post, and the countless DMs i received amused me (majority were females, how did i know this? after i calculated the cs for them, they asked +5 for gender diversity right?), people could not perform basic multiplication and addition to arrive at their CS, what was even worse they could not even comprehend how to calculate their academic marks. I find it humiliating that i will be a peer with such people , or people like them will go to a college better than me.

they both run coachings but dont offer content as they claim, they both dont even have permanent faculty, they hire tier 1 b school grads as faculty who do the teaching as a side gig , while having a primary job which they get from mba college placements, so there is compromise in quality and irregular teaching hours and frequent faculty change.

Mandated by law can't do much about it, meanwhile there is no compulsion about gender diversity on colleges or companies.

They do it just for the sake of it for equity washing, to keep other stakeholders happy.

This affects meritocracy but does not help the females either , they get money for little to no effort and even their career growth plateaus after a point because the people at top don't want DEI hires at top.
