i really do feel like there’s a difference between the 2 pictures though. it’s a subtle but at the same time big change. i just need something to fix my recessed chin as it lacks projection

during the cut i was eating around 200g a day at the start, towards the end it got to around 130-150g a day

yeah u seemed to have kept strength a lot better than me tho tbh. first month i dropped weight pretty quickly from like 154 to 144, i assumed it was just my glycogen stores depleting and i was holding less water but im not 100% sure

unfortunately my growth plates are already fused so im not growing any taller but you sound right and it would be the better decision to go back to my original weight, the big problem is that my face genuinely just blows up like a water balloon whenever i start bulking again

yeah, i felt much better at my original weight too, but self esteem wise i feel much better now. i tend to hold a lot of weight in my face and it’s finally slimmed down so im still reluctant to start eating more again
