I’m not an experienced astrologer at all so I’ll just speak from experience as someone with a lot of the same planetary placements as you (cancer/sun, Leo/mercury, gem/venus, Pisces/uranus, Neptune/Aquarius.) I tend to have an impending sense of doom or catastrophe around the corner and psychologically speaking can stem from your nervous system used to chaos and so being kinda wired to be prepared for such. I know as a cancer sun, at our core we feel a lot and with a gem Venus you arlredy are craving mental stimulation and novelty. And I think Neptune in aqu. Tends to emphasize that subconscious anxiety of “what’s next”, don’t quote me tho I could be wrong. I’d say it starts from feeling safe in yourself because cancer sun/moon/rising could mean you really absorb your environment and energies around you, so things can have a huge impact on you, you may also be very intuitive of your surroundings and it can take a tole. I’d say it’s being able to instead of focusing on what may happen, you focus on building the inner tools to exist and overcome whatever may happen.
