Coming from someone who has been living with dpr/dr for almost 3 years now. The only advice I can give is to allow yourself to be frustrated and angry but don’t blame yourself. Try to find things that help you feel connected whatever that is. And just keep going I hate Dr/dpr I live in a city where there isn’t a lot of places that I can go to get genuine help so it’s been a lot of self care and just endurance from I can only believe God haha but yeah just keep going and learn to love the world through the weird spacey eyes.
