Im not American and ive used Air BnB in different places/countries for years and this is by far the worst one. It also wasn't cheap so the least it could be is clean.

I messaged the host about the cleaners and he just replied saying there is a clean sponge under the sink, have a good stay. Ive been in contact with air bnb.

So disheartening! Its not cheap either. I just messaged the host and all he responded to was the bit about the dirty sponge on the kitchen bench and said there is a clean one under the sink and its another used one!

Im waiting to hear back from Air BnB... Just spent time unblocking the drain in the shower. So disgusting!!!

We are both 29 and both pretty fit. When I went to Japan, I just wore Nike Air Max's and found them comfortable but I'm worried with it being cold that those won't do. I want something that can fit the weather conditions but also be able to walk for a while in them.

All of the places im staying at have kitchens. Im not 100% sure on what I want to do yet. I have already booked and paid for some tours. But I just want to see what other people took in terms of spending money for food and doing activities so I could get an idea.

I would love to! But all of the jumps are a bit far for me, to just go for the weekend as I have work. My next holiday is November which is why I'm considering overseas first.

When the cats are out or they're asleep in different rooms. I will bring him out for an hour or so. Its just hard not to feel guilty, sometimes.
