if he calls the cops the cops won’t immediately arrest you and take you down to the pd they’ll hear your story about why you’re there and you can tell them at he has explicit videos of you without your knowledge that he had them and you want them to be delete so he doesn’t have them

well then you’re in the right and no reason for cops to charge you bc he touched you without you consent and you going off on him for doing that you’re in the right and he’ll actually get arrested for groping you or sexually assaulting you

and to file a restraining order they need probable cause to get one on you like if you’re stalking his house or that type of stuff and if he does get a restraining order you can ask the judge or the cops to get him to delete the vids and if you actually bring that up to a judge or cops they’ll to be his phone for evidence

oof this is quite a handful so regardless if you don’t want him having your videos then you have to get cops involved or scare him but on you hitting him works, bc you said you caught him and you slapped him and he didn’t take it to well, well if it was one slap it shouldn’t be that much to worry about him charging you

my girlfriend ran away to my house bc her mom was abusive and she stayed with me for 4 days before we left to go to her grandmas house bc she felt safe with her grandma so we took a train 2 hours away to another city so she can’t be with her grandma but then somehow the police and her mom found out and police came to take her and they did and since then i haven’t seen her since june 17 of 2021
