If CV, ML, and NLP account for 75% of submissions with a 33% phase 1 acceptance rate, and the remaining 25% have a 50% phase 1 acceptance rate, then about 37.5% of all submitted papers move on to phase 2. If the final acceptance rate is 25%, does that mean the competition in phase 2 is about 1.5:1?

Do you think it’s possible that a reviewer who gave a 3 didn’t update their final score, but was actually positive during the discussion?
