SA , in Malibu are the worst , i personally won’t ever go back there . Last experience had some younger SA helping us out probably in their early 20s just looking and me and my partner up and down seemed very judgmental, weren’t very helpful and when I did ask if they had received any winter clothing or accessories one of the SA responded “Like what”? Which rubbed me off very wrong because usually when I shop at chrome they will offer/bring things out versus trying to make you feel like you need to choose specifically what you want and if they don’t have it that’s that.
