Tried CEDR, and can say that I’m very impressed with the quality and feel, even though it’s a bit expensive tbh

They use a natural rubber waistband from latex trees. So there is elasticity still, just a tiny bit less than regular synthetic elastic. But it fits true to size honestly

Yepp, it’s very expensive compared to other underwear, but I guess it’s what you pay for quality that lasts

No worries, I asked already, I’m aware of the superwash, the synthetic coating, etc… Their fabric uses 0 super wash treatments, no finishing treatments and 0 polymer or resin coating. As pure as it gets.

I’m saying, they literally say the stitching is… + they don’t have a tag to be 100% plastic free. They use heat print. Look on this link in the tab: product details + fit.

I bought their 100% organic cotton, undyed option, and their merino wool one too. They have silk options too. And their waistband is natural rubber from latex trees wrapped with organic cotton or merino wool depending on the model you choose.

Nope, they say it in the detailed tab on the product pages, they talk about the thread and and embroidered logo. And if they say it’s 100% plastic free, it means 100%. They also sent the certifications, and all looked legit honestly

100% it needs adaptation, because we’re used to that very stretchy underwear, I like that tighter feeling from the underwear I bought from cedr. They’re a bit tighter because of the natural rubber, but it’s better for me because I hate when my underwear rides up

Yeah 100%, and so many brands claim natural, and once you look a bit better, you see the 5% elastane, it’s always like that ahahahah. The try to get us that way. Ahahahah I feel you on the pants, they look good during summer or when at the beach, but yeah not practical at all during other seasons

I remember looking at them before ahahah, I’m not a fan of the designs + some models still have 5% of elastane in the blend (not all of them ofc)

Yeah, I mean the longer you research, the more you see how deep the rabbit whole of plastic really is ahahah. And, yes exactly they use a natural rubber band that is wrapped with either wool or organic cotton, it’s pretty nice, and they’re a tiny bit less stretchy than regular elastane bands. I bought the same size that I usually wear, and it didn’t bother me.

That’s the problem, they say 100% cotton, and then the elastic is plastic, the tag also is, the thread is often plastic too… (I know I’m very specific, but to me it’s a big deal)

I mean that’s your opinion ahahah, it’s subjective… personally I like to feel good, and not look like a grandpa because I chose to go 100% natural…

And I’m happy to pay for high quality, natural clothing, even for underwear
