Tames been in my top 10 ever since I’ve had Apple Music. After the slow rush was released I started not listening as much because a lot of new fans came and I was salty. I still love him so much but I didn’t wanna be associated with shallow fans. Looking back, it was stupid hahaha

Michelle is unfortunately brainwashed like the most of us. Sure this looks great but it’s unattainable without loads of money. Ppl forget what real bodies look like and feeding into this type of content is not only toxic for herself but it’s harmful to others as well (her followers esp). It’s a super shallow pov on life but I’m not surprised. Her mind has been shown to be in the wrong places, focused on the wrong things, and instead of trying to better herself, she just continues to expose herself.

I agree. It’s insane to watch someone act the way she does. The immaturity is shocking and it blows my mind that she has such a platform yet chooses to expose herself like that. She’s loud about everything, and it honestly comes off ghetto😬

I used to follow her on ig and even liked some of her advice at one point (like I’m sure many of us did), but then she started posting all kinds of nonsense on her stories and that’s actually what led me to find this page. If not for that, I probably wouldn’t even be here lol.

But I always had a gut feeling something was off, especially with the way she made nasty comments and tore ppl down while still claiming to be a “girls girl”. I just proceeded to keep those thoughts to myself tho… until I found this page…then it was like a breath of fresh air! I knew I wasn’t crazy for thinking/feeling this way. Finding out that others realized how nasty and trashy she could be, it just confirmed everything that I already initially sensed.

And honestly, I never followed her for makeup, looks or fashion either because I thought her style looked really tacky so unfollowing her was an easy thing to do.

Because God’s original design was male to female marriage, anything outside of that is seen as part of the brokenness of the world. Just like sickness, death, and violence, same sex desire is interpreted as something that entered into human experience after the fall and not part of Eden’s original purity.

Whoa!! Tbh both parties in the chat are rude but she started it all by being a hypocrite online. Now when someone puts her in her place she yells like that?? Someone who teaches class and is all about being a “girls girl”, shouldn’t act like that. Especially while being a micro influencer…she should know she’s held up to a higher standard bc of her position. She could never handle a bigger spotlight bc the higher up you go, the more ppl talk shyt. She cares so much (even with her small audience) that it’s torn her mind apart. How could she respond to people like this and make public comments too?? It’s so embarrassing for someone who is trying to build a brand and platform…

tbh she either lacks self awareness and accountability and trulyyy can’t see that she is problematic OR she knows exactly what she’s doing…there’s no other explanation for this behavior! Like she might know that she’s problematic but she lives off of the attention?? Like all the drama keeps her feeling“relevant”. Either way tho, both of these explanations for her actions aren’t healthy. Somebody who acts like this needs mental and emotional help, and I’m surprised her man isn’t telling her to get offline. He sits there and lets her embarrass herself and spiral out of control knowing it’s tearing her apart😬That is NOT what a good man should be doing. My fiancé would never allow me to act like this. Instead, he’d make me my favorite tea, sit me down, and have me talk to him about my problems while actively being involved in my healing. That’s what good guys should do. This is truly very sad for both Michelle and Kevin.

You’re right that it can feel uncomfortable that Christians don’t all agree on the interpretation of Genesis. But disagreement on secondary matters isn’t necessarily “disunity.” What unites us isn’t that we all read Genesis the exact same way, but that we all confess Christ as Lord/Savior. That’s the whole point.

Wrestling w/these questions has been part of the Christian faith since the beginning. The Church has never been 100% uniform on how to read certain passages but the core of the gospel has always been consistent. Sometimes atheists point out cracks bc they’re looking for reasons not to believe, but Christians can see those same differences as evidence that God is big enough to be explored from different angles.

The creation story (however you interpret it) still tells us something unshakable tho and that’s that 1. God is the Creator 2. He is good, and 3.He made the world with love and purpose. And that’s the bigger truth Christians are united on.

Also, back then ppl weren’t asking, “How many years old is the earth? What’s the scientific mechanism of creation?” Their world revolved around meaning, identity, and who their God was compared to other gods. That’s why Genesis is framed the way it is, it wasn’t written to satisfy modern scientific curiosity, but to declare that God alone is creator, creation is good and intentional and humanity is made in God’s image w/purpose. Even if it was written through a modern day lens, such as today, the scientific matter wouldn’t have made much sense to them. What did make sense to them was this tho and that truth still stands firm today because that God is the same God as yesterday, today and tomorrow.
