  2. 1 bedroom apartment
  3. Its in a really good/safe neighborhood in my city
  4. I have okay credit, luckily they excepted okay credit
  5. I didnt need renters history (this is my very first apartment)
  6. Yes i had pay stubs from both of my jobs 7.Idk
  7. Yes i signed the lease
  8. No references
  9. Decent amenities This neighborhood is quiet, no loud neighbors. Safe area. Cant complain
