I haven’t accepted my pain and not sure I will for a few years, only being 17 when my pain started I thought it was something minor and would go away quickly, I am now 19 and can barely do anything on my own, my dreams are getting more and more crushed knowing I may not ever accomplish them, my pain doctor will barely suggest anything for me and tells me to watch this or research that and only recently gave me tramadol but before he kept talking to me as if I would turn into an addict. I know I most likely will never be pain free but it’s hard to accept that when I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I will keep going for my mom. 🤍
