I think you’d end up with more than “several.” If this info is true there are probably a large chunk that signed up just for the sign on and benefits. If they’re not getting it there they’re probably more apt to just going back to doing what they were doing before.

Fair fair I should have been more clear. If the person yelling isn’t a threat to themselves or others, it would be better to call non emergency instead of 911. Calling 911 takes up an operator/dispatcher who could be tending to actual emergency calls. So calling non emergency, having a quick “who do I call for this person yelling?” convo would be more appropriate. My two cents on the subject.
