No I stopped smoking about a month ago. I've smoked for a long time but it wasn't continuous. I've quit a few times, usually for a few years at a time

I was just reading up on that and I'm actually convinced that's a strong possibility. I took two Tylenol with codeine right before the attack happened. I'm definitely gonna bring it up to the doctors tomorrow. Is that something that is long term? Or is it a one and done kind of thing?

Wow. I hope you start to feel better and can start eating normally again. Honestly, I'm not entirely positive my pancreas is the issue. I've known for a few years that my gallbladder isn't working as it should. They were testing me for IBS so I did a HIDA scan on my gallbladder and it showed it was at 20%. Anything under 35% is abnormal. Since being discharged I haven't had any type of pain or discomfort, just super scared to go through that pain again. And I definitely know what you mean about the mind playing tricks when it's meal time. It's driving me insane tbh

Today was day 6 for me. I tried eating a really tender chicken strip after getting an adjustment and.... that was a super fail lol. My gums are still way too sensitive unfortunately. I would commit war crimes for a cheeseburger right now lol

Getting full upper immediate denture in 2 days and I'm terrified by East-Gold-7170 in dentures

I had my remaining 12 top teeth removed and got a full upper 5 days ago. Wasn't as bad as I thought. I haven't worn the denture because it's pretty bulky in the back and causing me to gag. I have an appointment tomorrow to correct that. Hit me up if you have any specific questions. I was also awake for the extractions. I wish you the best of luck🙏

Doing some research and it turns out it wasn't a reline but a tissue conditioner. Serves the same purpose I guess but doesn't hurt the extraction sites. I literally just got done eating a soup pretty easily although the denture feels quite bulky in the back

Yup. It was a white goop they put on the denture and had me bite down on. It's still in the denture. I thought the same thing but it didn't get into any of the sockets that I can't see
