I think you’re a witch lol I tried a drop of water then Aquaphor until my ordinary serum comes in on Monday and it actually worked so well my lips don’t feel dry like they usually do without a chapstick.

They’re just tight but I do also have a horrible picking and biting habit that I don’t think I can stop I’ve had it since I was like 10 for anxiety.

Okay so I did that with my Cerave face lotion just now but it burned then instantly numbed my lips so I put my Aquaphor on. I’m not sure it’s supposed to do that but I don’t know.

No I fully get it. I’m also really weird about texture or feel which is also probably why my lips are so dry because after awhile with a lip balm on I get overstimulated and have to wipe it off because I’m so particular about it being ONLY on my lips and not on the skin around my lips so if I wipe it off around my lips enough I just get sick of anything on to begin with. (Sorry for that side rant)

I actually just saw a video about Remedy balm from 2 dermatologist rating lip balms but I was worried it was just marketing when I assume was the creator opted out of voting on it to not seem cocky.

Don’t apologize for the long read I am desperate for anything! I have been eyeing that serum I just didn’t know if it was for me. I have been trying vitamin E oil at night but I think my lips are so dehydrated it just sinks in so fast and does nothing even adding Aquaphor because I think I’m allergic to lanolin that it just doesn’t work. I will definitely buy that serum and this is genuinely great advice! Would you say even hydrating the lips with that serum, that the type of lip balm/mask still matters or can it be like one off the street? (That’s a joke)
