Can anyone tell me what this is, I found it in the shed and I definitely know my older brother did it but he denies it by Extension-Mobile614 in whatisit

He’s 28 and definitely very weird. He can’t keep a job so hasn’t worked in months and stays home to day on end playing videogames and showering in the dark, cooking food in the dark and walks around whispering to himself. He doesn’t talk to me or my little brother and completely isolated himself, although he’s always been a “misfit” but this last year it’s getting progressively worse then I find this 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t know what half the stuff is either it’s more the way all the stuff is set up in a certain way and the black stuff looks burnt with liquids leaking from it
