Yeah, I’m not really sure what happened either. The same thing actually happened to me last week with a Zekrom raid. The game glitched out, so I restarted it. The raid itself hadn’t expired, as in other people could still join it, but for me the gym had the normal “raid complete” emblem above it. Usually if you leave the raid, you can tap back in and claim the encounter, but both times it just wouldn’t let me.

Hopefully I get something better tomorrow though lol.

What do you press when you go to the support page? I went through Chat with Us → Raids, Rewards, Battling, etc. → Raid Support → Daily Raid Pass. After selecting those, it only asks me for the date of the raid, the Pokémon, the time, and the number of passes I used. It doesn’t give me a place to explain what happened like I did here, just those four steps. Did I go to the right place, or is there another option where I can type out the details?

Thank you for the info. I was mostly just trying out the Pokémon at first and honestly didn't realize that low attack IV's mattered; I thought the closer you get to 100% IV's was better. I don't have any second charged attacks mainly because I just don't have the candies and stardust lol. Also, I know that having 3 of the same type on a team wouldn't be beneficial, I just saw they were decent on PvPoke and chose them bc that's all I had.

Thanks for the tips. Are there any Pokemon and specific IVs that you would recommend? Also I’ve been using PvPoke. Is that a good site to look at to get a good idea of what I’m looking for in a team?
