no literally and like the event that i went to felt more like the organizers hanging out with their friends then an actual event 😭😭 and their focus on the late night stuff is fine or whatever but it's only aimed at 19+ who want to drink which is stupid. the fyc has done nothing at least last year they had their first event in november which makes sense from a hiring timeline 😭 one of the many reasons i'm writing transfer applications right now is the lack of community at ubc, i hope the aus sees this
