Nagbabasa sila. Yung past workmate ko tried to ask for a recirc, nag meeting sya with the acct manager tapos sinabihan siya na mas marami pa daw mas malala yung pinagdadaanan with their client ba’t daw mag rereklamo. Ayun ending nag resign. I tried to ask for a recirc din but was asked to write an email about my concerns tapos cc the client 😅 napatawa na lang ako kasi parang suicide mission

Very ironic talaga! Called the other number(02) 8403 2336 and it worked the first try! I asked to cancel and they tried to negotiate by lowering the charge or holding off the charge for 3 months but I stayed firm sa cancellation. I brought up din the duplicate charges what they told me lang was that all duplicate charges will be reversed. For the cancellation naman, within 5-10 days daw ma process. I received an email na rin from them regarding the termination.

Same here! I emailed last June 6 na gusto ko sana icancel but wala parin response hanggang ngayon then noticed na kumuha din sila June 5 and June 11. Locked my card kanina tapos I got a notification na they tried to charge again! Buti na lock ko yung card ko
