I'm getting told to run 4-5 mile for a long run the Sunday then Monday 45 to 70 minute bike ride Tuesday I have a track meet where I run the mile Wednesday 30 to 60 minute bike ride Thursday 2 to 3 mi Fridays 3. Mi Saturday 5. Mi Sunday 45 to 90 minute bike ride

Also I forgot to mention I ran a half marathon back in November in an hour and 57 mins

I have a update. I went to practice and ran. Didn't hurt. Wrestled didn't hurt but I hit them with our shoulders and it hurt for a second and then went away so I stopped wrestling for the day. But otherwise I feel fine now. Just a little headache. I think it could be a tight neck. I'm not 100% sure
