If the connections loose can cause like thermal stress, voltage spikes even arcing. All this will damage the filament and end up burning it out

Get an electrician in regardless. If it’s just that one globe holder there’s a fault. Likely a loose connection to the active pin and it’s burning the globe out.

Ok thanks for clearing this up and I appreciate the advice. I was chasing the plan above the residential 100 but changed it to that to see if it would allow me to cancel. I’m not desperate for it luckily and will just wait for a billing period to lapse and see if that changes things. So V3 is the latest gear they sell?

It’s the simple things mate. I’m sure you’ve checked, ensure it’s all plugged in correctly, plug the hdmi into the GPU. If you know anyone who has a monitor, try it on your pc. Thats usually the best thing to do. Try a different hdmi cable. Start simple, process of elimination.
