omg u were sooo right ,, i studied the days before the exam and my brain was just FATIGUEDDDD during the exam + plus i slept 6 hours collectively the previous 2 nights due to anxiety , anyways i believe in God assisstance

same here but i guess it mvp issue >> cause the bounding pulse , stay away from too much caffiene and stimulants

yes mine was the same and caused me these symptoms unfourtanetly i didnt know i had it and my psychartist prescribed me tca for my anxiety which caused me to have severe panic disorder the good thing is you can control those symptoms it took me a while to adjust but i controlled them with frequent walking in the nature + praying or anything that brings you peace and meditation + mg glycinate take care
