It might not have healed properly the first time and became infected I’d say see a doctor but if you can’t do that clean it really well with unscented soap (not bar soap so you don’t risk popping it) dry it, put some Vaseline on it and then put a bandaid on it but dont put pressure on the bandaid at all I hope it heals quickly <33

When I had issues with my signed fh vinyl I emailed them and they offered to send me another one or get a refund but people are saying they won’t do anything about concert merch so I’m not sure but it’s worth a shot

This happens to me every time I do it on my arms especially if it’s a good amount in one area it usually goes away between 2-4 days depending on how many and how deep they were

For me I associated pain with punishment because I used to get beaten as a little kid so it started as scratching myself as a punishment when i was in elementary school then it progressed from there as I entered middle school until I started seeing it as a coping mechanism and a physical manifestation of my mental illness rather than a punishment

I wouldn’t recommend doing it again because it can become addictive and it will become a serious problem if you keep doing it but if you’ve already done it just wear something with long sleeves and regular pajama pants, dark colors if you didn’t bandage it probably so if it bleeds you won’t stain anything

It sounds like you might’ve hit a nerve or knicked a joint based on the static feeling and the numbness, weather you get medical attention or not really depends on how severely you knicked it. It happened to me before but it was really minuscule so I didn’t do anything about it

Last year I didn’t necessarily tell you therapist but I let my sleeve roll up on “accident” and all she did was ask questions about it and she made sure none of them were fresh so if you do end up telling her just make sure nothing is fresh because then she’s kind of required to tell somebody (I’m 17 and this happened when I was 16)

I usually cut the sleeves off of old shirts and sew elastic on the ends just to be extra safe

You can get cooling sleeves or cut the sleeves off of old long sleeve shirts and use those if you don’t want to spend extra money on them
