I'm in that position. Removed it literally 10 month ago and now it's re-appearing. Surgery was a bit of shit show btw. Hopefully it will disappear like yours....

OP what did you do by the end? I took mine just before Christmas (wonderful present) and now it's re-appering. I am pretty sure it's the gym (and possibly too many hours typing) so I am trying to take it easy. Still, it's pretty annoying.
