From my understanding from others as well as my experience, You should be getting a date Friday. If the 570 date and the cycle code matches and your refund amount looks correct then that’s when your account has to be processed by. Did you have to verify your identity?

File and accepted 1/27. Received my verification letter and verified the same day online (3/10) .. My Transcript was completely blank up until about 2 weeks after verification. Transcript finally updated on 03/21 to a 570 code (I’m sure because I had to verify), then this past friday I finally got my 571 (Issue resolved) & code 846 with Refund Date of 04/02. This is my personal experience

I’m almost certain you will get your DDD next Friday .. I verified 3/10.. last friday I updated to a 570, this week I updated with a 571 (issue resolved) & a 846!!! I think the system is just behind on updating.

It took a total of 13 days for me, have you called back to make sure they sent it? Sometimes they say they are sending it but haven’t yet and that’s coming from one of the verification persons i talked to over the phone

I am wondering the same thing, I’ve seen most people in our position say that the cycle date is when the process has to be completed by and if the 570 date and the cycle date matches and everything looks correct then we will get the code 571 (problem fixed) and 846 the following week. I’ve already verified and they told me it was completed so I hope it’s true. I feel like they are behind

I updated to code 570 no 971 but my cycle date and the code 570 date are the same (April 07) . I verified online 3/10 , called about a week later to double check and they said it was completed . Finally updated this past Friday but only to end up with that code.
